5. Using Wipes
Use wipes instead of the normal toilet paper which can aggravate existing hemorrhoids.

Treatment: Use wet wipes after a bowel movement, choose those with soothing, anti-hemorrhoid ingredients especially which contain witch hazel or aloe vera.
