Stomachache could hit anyone at anytime, but we cannot always blame our stomach as it can be affected by many other organs.
Usually, the pain in the stomach is not stable as they can be short-lived, in other words, it may come and go after hours, or it may show up only after you eating your meal, it just depends on the cause of this pain.
There are many forms of stomach pain like:
They are very small stones that form in a tiny sac called gallbladder.The gallbladder hangs out under the liver.
These stones can be a serious problem as they cause swelling and can block the duct into the intestine, which will cause the pain. The pain of the gallstone tends to strike the right side of the upper abdomen, so you will feel it particularly after eating fatty meals as such meals trigger the gallbladder to contract.
Dr. Kaul thinks that a severe burning pain in the upper or middle abdomen can be caused by the inflammation of the pancreas and some people may have some pain which comes from the right through to their back.

Here is a list of the most.effective home remedies for treating a stomach ache:
Ginger helps in regulating the digestion process due to its effective antioxidant as well as anti-inflammatory properties.
Additionally, it decreases the production of free radicals, neutralizes stomach acids and increases the digestive juices.
Cut the ginger root into thin slices.
Put the slices in a one cup of boiling water.
Keep boiling the mixture for three minutes.
Remove it from heat, add some honey then sip it slowly.
Drink this solution twice or thrice a day to ease stomach ache and improve digestion.
Fennel seeds can give you quick relief, especially in case of indigestion, as they have carminative, diuretic, pain-reducing and antimicrobial properties. They can also help you to get rid of gas and bloating.
Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water.
Keep it on heat for eight to 10 minutes.
Remove it and leave it to cool and strain it.
Add some honey and sip it slowly.
